The shipping options and cost will be clearly listed at checkout before your order is placed. Orders shipping to Canada usually take 2-10 business days to arrive to your doorstep. Orders shipping to the United States usually take 4-15 business days to arrive to your doorstep.

Returns and Damaged Items
Items purchased from The Joyous Brand are final sale.
If a purchased item is received in a faulty or defective condition, please contact hello@thejoyousbrand.com and I will help right away. Defects must be addressed within 5 days of receipt.
All items at The Joyous Brand are handmade. Each item is unique to the next. Remember, beauty of handmade lies in the imperfections, anything perfect is machine made!
